By accessing and using the GymOs platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Platform Usage

Our services are provided to gym owners, administrators, and trainers for the purpose of facility management, member tracking, and operational efficiency. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Subscription & Billing

Subscription plans (Engine Pro) are available on Monthly and Yearly cycles as defined in our pricing portal. Prices are subject to the rates specified in your environment configuration and do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Service Limitations

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the platform with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
